I accidentally uninstalled my PrivitizeVPN software. Now I have "No 3G device detected".

The PrivitizeVPN uninstallation should not affect a 3G device's installation. However, it's possible that the uninstaller was corrupted and affected other programs or devices as well. Go to Device Manager (Start > Run > devmgmt.msc). While the 3G device is plugged in, right-click the item in the Device manager and choose Update drivers. You can use Windows Update or Automatically file searching. If you get no result, install the software for the 3G device and reboot the PC. Everything will be installed afterwards.

There has to be some error because a VPN works in a way that masks your IP address. If you can still see the IP address after connecting to the VPN, then it mean the software isn't configured correctly. You will need to contact the developers of the application or use something else like TunnelBear. I have used TunnelBear for a very long time and it works accordingly to the online specifications.
